Old Business (Irving)
- The board orientation call for new board members took place.
- Irving updates the board on the status of the strategic planning committee and next steps in 2019.
- Irving provided updates on the applications to the Women’s Leadership Accelerator.
Minutes (Mandy)
- Mandy informed the board of changes to minutes, and Alison weighed in on the legal requirements of minutes.
Bylaw changes (Mandy)
- Mandy recapped and went through potential bylaw changes.
- The board discussed the potential changes.
End of year thanks (Irving)
- We thanked departing board members Greg Linch, Jose Zamora and Josh Hatch.
