Aspiring male allies everywhere are ready to stand up and support their female colleagues, but they need help. Supporting underrepresented people in the workplace requires safe spaces to listen, learn and ask questions that will engender change at prospective allies’ home newsrooms.

This session is designed for:

  • Aspiring male allies who want to do the right thing, but just have a couple questions first
  • Newsroom leaders dedicated to empowering their female colleagues directly and indirectly
  • Anyone with an interest in bringing social justice and support to the news industry
