XR Producer Beginner Course: A 9-part Video Training Series

The XR Editorial Beginner Training Series by Yahoo is a nine-part video class intended to help complete beginners get started in the world of 3D content creation. The project is among the 12 winners of the 2020 Journalism 360 Challenge that received a share of $100,000 to experiment with immersive storytelling techniques and define best practices for journalism.
For many, 3D storytelling comes with a daunting set of new skills and challenges and this program walks you step-by-step through planning and executing your first project. In this training series, Yahoo Director of XR Editorial Henry Keyser introduces key 3D industry terms, XR storytelling concepts and the minimum skills required to use the 3D software Blender and XR platform Sketchfab.
