It’s easy to send an email, but how do you build an audience when you’re inside someone’s inbox? Learn how to keep a newsletter going on the fly, and get editorial and business guidance for finding a niche in an oversaturated market. We’ll cover audience identification and growth, workflow (including templates) and experimentation. You’ll see what analytics can inform your strategy, including some metrics that might not yet be industry standard.

This session is designed for:

  • Anyone looking to launch a newsletter, even if your time/capacity is limited
  • Newsletter editors who want to improve workflow or experiment with format
  • Those considering targeting a niche audience for a new or existing newsletter
