After kickstarting their fellowship year at ONA22, the Fellows are sharing updates and their goals for the year.

Apply for the 2023 Women’s Leadership Accelerator

Applications are open now through Nov. 10 for the 2023 Women’s Leadership Accelerator, ONA’s tuition-free, yearlong program for women leading change and innovation in digital journalism.

The accelerator provides virtual and in-person workshops, a year of check-ins, targeted guidance and personal coaching on individual challenges, complimentary registration to ONA23 and career-long support from a growing network of digital leaders.
