Nominate your peers for the 2022 ONA Community Award

The ONA Community Award honors an individual or small team that has made a significant contribution to digital journalism. The selection committee is looking for nominees who often work behind the scenes to build meaningful communities for digital journalists or create systems and tools that help them produce their best work. ONA members, learn more about the 2022 award and submit your nominations by July 27.

One week to apply for the MJ Bear Fellowship

Journalists under 30: Invest in your career by applying to the 2022 MJ Bear Fellowship. For over a decade, the program has honored emerging stars in journalism and provided support as they pursued innovative digital projects. This year’s fellows will kickoff their fellowship year with an expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles to attend the 2022 Online News Association Conference (#ONA22), where they will have opportunities to showcase their work and connect with industry leaders and other peers. The deadline to apply for the 2022 fellowship is Thursday, July 14, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
