Introducing the Journalism 360 Unconference

Join us for the first Journalism 360 Unconference, July 24-25 in New York City. Whether you’re an expert in immersive journalism or just starting to explore, the event will have something to offer you. On Tuesday, July 24, experience demos by the 2017 Journalism 360 Challenge winners and mingle with immersive storytelling enthusiasts. Wednesday, July 25 will feature a full day of programming, including conversations with industry leaders, breakout sessions and lightning talks. Register now.

ONA Insights is this Friday! 

We have a fantastic program lined up for Insights: Revenue + Engagement, happening this Friday, May 11 at the Globe and Mail Centre in Toronto. The event will convene newsroom leaders to dive into solutions for areas such as membership, social platforms, blockchain for news and more. Need a last-minute ticket? Online registration is open through Thursday, May 10 at 12 p.m. EDT. If you can’t make it to Toronto, tune into the live streams and follow #ONAInsights for highlights.

Start an ONA Local group in your community

The next online orientation for new and aspiring ONA Local leaders is on Tuesday, May 15. This edition is specifically for non-student groups based in the U.S. Hosted by ONA’s Meghan Murphy, it’s a great way to get to know the ONA Local network, as well as learn good practices for community building and connecting digital journalists to the resources they need.
