Join journalist and researcher Felix M. Simon for a live virtual discussion of AI’s impact on the news, building on his 2024 research paper Artificial Intelligence in the News: How AI Retools, Rationalizes, and Reshapes Journalism and the Public Arena. We’ll get into what’s changed since that report and discuss recent research about how audiences are thinking about AI. We’ll also talk about the ways AI is changing the way technology interacts with the public sphere more broadly, including media, government and civil society.
