Go under the hood with the ONA19 video team and learn about “Case Cleared,” a year-long, data-heavy collaborative investigation from Newsy, Reveal and ProPublica into inappropriately cleared rape cases and policing failures, and take away key reporting methods to produce data-heavy stories that ultimately impact law and policy.
The project was the recipient of the 2019 Al Neuharth Innovation in Investigative Journalism Award for Medium Newsrooms at the Online Journalism Awards.
