Tips for male allies

Notice interruptions. Ask questions about how to be supportive. These are a couple of the pointers shared during the ONA18 session “The Male Allies Toolkit.” The session created a space for aspiring male allies to candidly discuss and learn about ways to support female colleagues directly and indirectly. Podcasting lessons with ONA St. Louis
