The Women’s Leadership Accelerator is an intensive, year-long program that supercharges the leadership and management skills of women pushing digital innovation. Based on feedback from the people who have been selected for our leadership cohorts over the last seven years, , we’ve created a series of three unique, online learning sessions aimed at women working in digital media. After the three sessions, we will also host a networking event designed to help you meet other women interested in leadership.

- Women looking to connect with other inspiring women in digital news
- Newsroom leaders dedicated to empowering women on their teams
- Anyone interested in leadership roles in digital newsrooms

Cap off the series with a facilitated networking meetup with other women in leadership. The meetup will be an opportunity to discuss the themes raised during the series, and meet new peers, mentors, collaborators and colleagues. This networking event is free and open to all, with support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
