Abigail Scott is a multimedia journalist passionate about using lifestyles, profiles and the arts to guide communities together in the midst of the age of misinformation. She is persistent on bringing light to issues surrounding discrimination, violence and environmental problems.

She is the president of SUNY Brockport’s SPJ chapter and a staff writer on The Stylus. She has an upcoming position for an independent study in which she will be reporting on Brockport High School board meetings. Her independent study articles will be found on Canalside Chronicles, along with some of her previous work. She recently finished an internship managing social media with the Associate Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences.

In her free time she expands her horizons by entering the literary worlds of fantasy, horror, romance and sci-fi. She uses those worlds to get in tune with her creativity and draw her perspective of reality. She sees every angle of the world with beauty and insists on sharing it with the media.

If you ask anyone who knows her, they will tell you she lives behind her camera, capturing every moment.
