Keely Brown is a senior double-majoring in journalism and communication with a PR certificate at the University of Cincinnati. She currently works as the News Editor at The News Record, the university’s editorially independent student newspaper. She is set to graduate in April of 2020.
Keely is originally from Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, right outside Philadelphia. She has completed two internships in the Midwest: Keely was the editorial intern for Cincy Magazine and the digital media intern at Cincinnati Magazine.
Keely is the current vice-president of ONA Cincinnati, the University of Cincinnati’s student group of the Online News Association. She’s looking forward to inspiring students to discover stories worth telling.
