A journalist for more than 20 years, Jonathan works with news and media businesses to tackle design and workflow challenges. He focusses on how great journalism can be helped by great technology. As Supervising Producer at 60 Minutes Australia, he led the program’s digital transformation to tell more complex and engaging stories. As South Asia correspondent for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Jonathan was an early solo-videographer, giving him rare access to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan. Jonathan has also produced documentaries for Endemol Shine and Nine Network Australia. Before joining Canva, Jonathan led news partnerships for Twitter across Asia.
