Jeremy Shermak is a doctoral student in the School of Journalism and Moody College of Communication Doctoral Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience as a college professor, media analyst and journalist. He has taught at the collegiate level for 14 years, including his current assignment as an assistant instructor in the UT School of Journalism.
Jeremy also has practical media experience. He began as a general assignment/sports reporter and photographer. He later worked as a media relations analyst and managing editor in market/internet analytics.
