Ianna Fenton is a recent graduate of Howard University. As a first-generation college student, she majored in journalism with a psychology minor.
Throughout her academic career, Ianna has had three internships including a brand creative internship with Hallmark Media, an Integrated investments internship with Media Brands and an editorial internship with the Prison Journalism Project where she is now a part-time editorial assistant. During her last semester, Ianna acted as director for her NewsVision Capstone class. Within that class, she has reported on an array of current topics from the United We Stand summit at the White House, to the 2022 Midterm Elections.
Ianna enjoys studying the behind-the-scenes of television and media and plans to become a news or entertainment producer.
