Cintia Lopez is working on her freelance career in Sacramento, California after finishing out a fellowship at 90.9 WBUR in Boston with the ARTery, the station’s arts and culture team. In Boston, she profiled artists, covered breaking arts and culture news and wrote digital and radio features for the ARTery page.
Before, she worked at the Woodland Daily Democrat as a general assignment reporter. There, she covered murder trials, county government, agriculture, food, business and cannabis issues in the county.
Cintia graduated from California State University, Sacramento in December of 2017 with a bachelor of arts in journalism.
