Chad Rhym is an Atlanta-based journalist from Athens, Georgia. As a rising junior Sociology major at Morehouse College, Rhym also serves as the Senior Copy Editor and Photography Editor for Morehouse’s student-publication: The Maroon Tiger, he is the Brand Manager for Morehouse’s Student Government Association, and is a part of the 2017 “Georgia News Lab” investigative reporting collaborative. Rhym interned for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution the summer before his junior year as the photojournalism intern. He became involved with photography through the award-winning ODYSSEY Newsmagazine at Clarke Central High School. He has received accolades and recognition for both his photography and writing on the national, regional and state levels.
