Erika Aguilar is chair of the ONA conference audio team. She leads a group of volunteer audio producers who record sessions and produce original content for the conference podcast, ONA on Air. Erika comes to ONA from public radio. She is editor of The Bay, a local, narrative news podcast from KQED public media in San Francisco. She has spent more than 10 years reporting in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Austin. Erika is a San Antonio native, and journalism graduate of Texas State University-San Marcos.
