Christine Wolfram Taylor is the managing editor responsible for audience development and engagement at the Chicago Tribune. Taylor helps lead the newsroom operation with an audience-first focus, combining news judgment and data analytics to drive decision making with goal of growing digital subscribers. She works closely with top news, advertising, circulation and marketing leaders to facilitate the development of new products and implementation of best practices to accelerate the pace – and quality – of change. She has been involved in all facets of Tribune Publishing's digital agenda, including but not limited to audience growth and engagement, the development of new products and platforms, innovative approaches to storytelling and revenue generation, internal organization and work processes.
