Zora Thomas is a rising junior mass communication major at Xavier University of Louisiana. Her focus is sports broadcasting. She serves as sports editor, photographer, and basketball and volleyball commentator for the Xavier University of Louisiana athletic department. Thomas produces social media posts and recap edits for the Xavier Herald’s Instagram page and media team. She also interns with the university radio station’s sports show, working on audio production and soundboard operations. As she continues to grow in her field, she aspires to become an executive producer or production coordinator for NBC Sports or the Volleyball Nations League.
