David is the lead for Twitter’s safety products, overseeing all updates to make conversation healthier, which is Twitter’s top priority. This includes launching projects such as an RFP process to source outside experts to help define health metrics, incorporating more behavior-based signals into how Tweets are ordered, adding more controls to notifications and Direct Message settings, adding more context around Tweets that break our rules, and more. Before Twitter, David was Director of Media Solutions at Tubular Labs and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
