Our newest MJ Bear Fellows will discuss their innovative projects and share tips on how to early-career journalists can get buy-in on their ideas and make creative projects happen. Learn about potential pitfalls, the delicate art of getting a “yes” from newsroom leadership, creative problem-solving and more. The MJ Bear Fellowship honors three outstanding journalists under 30 each year whose innovative work in independent, community and corporate news represents the best of new media.
