Applications are open for ONA’s Executive Women Leaders Salon, a three-part conversation series designed to create a connecting space for women in executive digital journalism leadership. At this inspiring event series, selected attendees will network and develop skills around cultivating organizational resilience, find creative ways to support the professional development and growth of their teams and work through their unique challenges and opportunities for development and success.

Up to five students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) will receive hands-on experience during the 2023 Online News Association Conference in Philadelphia (#ONA23). The ONA HBCU Digital Media Fellowship, led by mentor Michael Grant, is centered on a highly engaged conference experience focusing on the evolving nature of online journalism. Fellows will create multimedia packages, participate in networking and receive training from industry leaders. They will also receive free registration and travel for ONA23 and a one-year ONA student membership.
