Headlines:- Attendance record broken: Nearly 700 attendees, including 78 from outside the United States
- First job fair attracted 134 job-seekers and 13 recruiters from major media companies (NPR.org, USATODAY.com, washingtonpost.com, Gannett)
- Learning opportunities expanded from four tracks and 21 sessions in 2007 to six tracks and 45 sessions in 2008, featuring experts in web development, metrics, videography, education, social media and organization management
